Attorney Overview
Eric Nelson is a commercial litigator with experience in complex civil defense and business disputes. He has formerly defended healthcare organizations in medical malpractice actions and represented multinational corporations in high-stakes premises liability cases. Today, Eric represents a diverse client base across a broad spectrum of commercial matters, ranging from breach of contract actions to complex class action lawsuits.
During his time in law school, Eric was an active member of numerous student organizations, including multiple honor societies, Stetson University’s Dispute Resolution Board, and the Stetson Law Review. He also received several academic distinctions throughout his legal education, highlighted by receiving Stetson University’s Highest Academic Achievement Award for their graduating J.D./M.B.A. class. Since graduating, Eric has authored articles in the fields of constitutional law and tort reform.
